Registered Nurse
Hours: Days & Nights, Full Time or Part Time Hours Available.
Brief Description: To mentor and support the care staff. Act as the Named Nurse and provide a holistic approach to the resident's care. Write and implement care plans following assessment which is robust and accurately reflects the needs of the resident and are reviewed with relatives. Play a full and active role within the Clinical Team and be committed to teaching and facilitating learning of care staff and colleagues.

Senior Care Practitioner
Hours: Days & Nights, Full Time & Part Time Hours Available.
Brief Description: Assist residents with personal care, mobility and assisting with meals according to Care Plans. Support and encourage our resident to pursue interests, activities and hobbies and help develop all social, emotional and spiritual needs.

Care Practitioner
Hours: Days & Nights, Full Time & Part Time Hours Available.

Chef / Cook
Hours: 40 hours per week contract, shift 9:30am to 5:30pm and rotated weekends.
Brief Description: Working with home cooked food with fresh ingredients and creative menu planning. To be a key team player and work in partnership with a strong team of Chef/Cook's. Have good knowledge of food hygiene and current standards. Prepare food from a set menu Prepare all meals and paying consideration to special dietary requirements and individual request. Regularly seek feedback from residents and staff in order to continually improve the level of service.
